This page describes what data we collect when you visit dataconcierge.dev, why we collect it, and how you can control that collection. We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian LGPD and the EU GDPR where applicable.

What we collect
We collect two kinds of data:
- Data you submit voluntarily: name, email, company, phone (optional), country, areas of interest, budget range and free-form message — via the contact form.
- Technical usage data: pages visited, browser language, device type, operating system, referrer, UTM parameters and ad-network click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, li_fat_id), IP address (stored hashed only), and approximate city/region/country via Cloudflare.
Why we collect
- To respond to your enquiry and understand your project context.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- To detect fraud and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile + server-side validation).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where applicable.
Cookies and analytics tools
We use the following analytics and marketing tools, activated only after you accept the consent banner:
- Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4 — aggregate site usage metrics.
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API — measurement of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security and approximate geolocation.
You can revoke consent at any time by clearing the site cookies or contacting us at gabriel@dataconcierge.dev.
Sharing with third parties
We share strictly necessary data with the following processors: Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN and bot protection), Google and Meta (analytics and campaign measurement, only with your consent).
We do not sell personal data under any circumstance.
Retention
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to respond and continue the commercial conversation — typically up to 24 months after the last interaction. Aggregated analytics data is retained by the platforms per their default configuration (up to 14 months in GA4).
Your rights
Under the LGPD/GDPR, you can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct incomplete data, anonymise/block/delete unnecessary data, request portability and revoke consent.
To exercise any of these rights, write to gabriel@dataconcierge.dev — we respond within 15 business days.
Updates to this policy
We may update this document as new tools are added to the site. Material changes will be flagged at the bottom of this page.
