I'm Gabriel. I've been making data trustworthy for 10+ years.
I started in software engineering and migrated into analytics when I realized that's where product decisions actually got stuck. Since then I've worked with growth, product and operations teams across Brazilian and US companies.
Today I'm a Senior Data Analyst at Leafwell, a US telehealth platform, where I govern analytical quality across distributed teams. Before that I co-founded Tales Inc., a gaming community platform where I architected the analytics stack that scaled to 125K registered users.
I work from Belo Horizonte, in English and Portuguese, with the same fluency. I serve Brazilian and international companies, Atlanta's timezone fits comfortably in my day.
What drives me: pulling companies out of the state where nobody trusts their own numbers, and leaving behind a foundation that keeps working long after I'm gone.
