I don't publish a price list because every warehouse, team and level of mess is different. The path is always the same: we start with a quick call, and the quote comes once I understand the situation. Below, the three possible entry points.

Pricing questions
Why aren't fixed prices published?
Because every warehouse, team and level of mess is different. Estimating before understanding the situation would be guesswork, and I'd rather not. The quote comes after the (free) discovery call or the diagnostic, with a fixed number.
How does the quote work?
After the discovery, if it makes sense to move forward, I send a proposal for the diagnostic. From the diagnostic, I close an exact number for the implementation, with scope, timeline and success metrics defined.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Projects are usually split into 3–4 installments tied to delivery milestones.
Do you work with clients outside Brazil?
Yes. For US and Europe-based clients, contracts are in USD or EUR. Belo Horizonte sits in the Atlanta time zone, which helps with daily overlap.
What if I only need something small?
If it's less than a diagnostic, I might not be the right person, and that's fine. On the discovery call I'll say if I can help, or refer someone who fits better.
What's included beyond the hours?
Documentation, tests, CI/CD, training, and 30 days of warranty support. Everything that keeps the delivery working after I'm gone.
